For Immediate Release - Austin, TX - In a bit to increase our On-Demand capabilities, ASA has acquired UsCRM.Net and have begun to integrate the web property into our primary web site and data center. Our customers will be able to access all of our previous and current CRM related products and services, along with UsCRM.Net's On-Demand SaaS platform from the new http://www.uscrm.net web site.

Our goal with this acquisition is to position our strategic CRM service and solutions division as a stand alone entity, thus making it more accessible to our customers. We wanted to be able to provide users with the "pay as you go" for their business automation needs, and the acquisition of UsCRM.Net is our first step in that direction.

Look for more exciting news to come from UsCRM.Net in the near future. We have some exciting new products that will be released soon.
