Initial Interview Process
To start off, we perform an intense interview session with all of the decision makers on the project. Many times this requires several meetings with back and forth sessions where the customer asks questions and our Architecture teams return with solutions. Architecture Phase
During this phase, our Architecture staff reviews all of the information obtained during the previous Interview process. Our team will assemble a set of architecture diagrams and a project PRD for use during the development and support phases of your project. Refinement Process
The refinements process is a continuous cycle where the ASA Architecture staff make proposals to you, and you review them and make decisions. The refinement process continues indefinitely until you are satisfied with your solution and have signed off on the design.
