Our systems use only the highest quality Dell servers, with fully redundant systems to provide failure proof operation. Every component of the system has a backup spare so that if the first one fails, the second one will take over and continue uninterrupted. When a hardware failure occurs, our engineers are automatically notified by several different systems and Dell immediately dispatches a technician to replace the primary piece of hardware while the second one is running the system.

Full access via SFTP to your system files

If you have your own IT developer, graphic designer, or you are a coder on your own, we provide both SFTP and SVN access to your hosting space. This allows you to connect securely and also allows you to have full access to all areas of your system and its source code. Optionally, we can also restrict this access entirely so that your system source code cannot be accessed from outside of your machine.
