User Training for 2 to 10,000 people
We have training facilities across the United States that can handle groups of almost any size. When training large groups, we break them into teams of 20 - 25 members and then perform individual training for each of these groups. Depending on the size of your training needs, we can arrange larger space for your group training, or we can arrange for our training staff to be present at your office location, using your meeting facilities. Management Training for 2 to 200 people
Managers need a complete different training approach and program. This training should also be completed well in advance of user training. This allows managers to take many of the things that they learn from their training and apply them in advance to the standard operation of their departments so that the transition to the new system is as smooth as possible. We prefer to train management staff in groups no larger than 10 people. We also like to train each department individually as each department needs to be introduced to different features and some will never touch ones from other departments.
